At Raha Crystel Manufacturing Co., we strive to provide high-quality, custom-made 3D-printed products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

✅ Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products. 
✅ You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
✅ The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
✅ Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.

Note: Must Record A raw Video Of the unboxing.

2. Non-Returnable Items

🚫 Custom 3D-printed items designed as per customer requests.
🚫 Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
🚫 Any item returned without prior approval.

3. How to Request a Return

2️⃣ Provide clear photos/videos of the defective product.
3️⃣ Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
4️⃣ If approved, we will provide return shipping details.

4. Refund & Replacement Policy

💰 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
📦 Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the product is defective.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
